That is not the case for 1/0, where the unique value infinity is the only allowed answer consistent with the rules of mathematics. If cannot have any finite value.

We've covered this before in older messages on this Board (which you can find by increasing your personal window for expired messages). You might want to pick up a book on the math of infinities. I recommend Gamow's "One, Two, Three... Infinity", which is still in print after 50 years. And how many books can make that claim? -|Tom|-

Hey thanks for responding, Tom. So then we're in agreement that 1/0 isn't undefined and is actually equal to something albeit infinity which is basically everything (or what you choose to define it as).

So 'if 0/1 is nothing out of something then 1/0 must be something out of nothing' which would be reminiscent of infinity originating from the void itself. It would be comparable to the latin 'creation ex nihilo'.

And although I'm a proponent of Lorentzian relativity over Special Relativity the SR equation E=mc^2+pc deals with the nonlinear gamma momentum p=1/1-(c^2/c^2)^.5 meaning that p=1/1-1 or p=1/0 so E=mc^2+1c/0 or by the definition given E=mc^2+(infinity)(c) where your measurement for the gravitational velocity would fit in E=mc^2+2x10^10c.

I break rules and say E/mc+p=c+c where I'm adding the linear momentum (past) and nonlinear momentum (future) in the denominator and I'm adding the linear velocity and nonlinear velocity on the other side so E/mc+p=2c and c/(1/0)=2c thus I've manipulated the entity 1/0 into a position where it's forced to define itself and I hate to invoke the word 'magic' but the 0=2 like in the old Thelemic magic theory so that c/(1/2)=2c hence c/.5=2c which I call the outer escape horizon of a singularity.

E=mc^2+1c/0 is now E=mc^2+1c/2 so E=mc^2+.5c which I call the primary accretion disc of a singularity where mc^2 is the singularity which has the half light speed accretion disc surrounding it. (So why isn't the accretion disc sucked into the black hole? Because it's perfectly superposed to it because E=mc^2+.5c.)

So the nonlinear gamma momentum 1/0 is actually half of everything because the future half of everything is the undefined momentum that's pulling us forward to the next moment. Technically though 1/0 being half of everything would make it half of infinity, positive infinity, the future half of infinity. Where the nonlinear gamma momentum is the positive half of the undefined future infinity the linear momentum would be the negative half of the defined past infinity. They neutralize to become absolutely positive in the present though.

So the past is negatively defined linear momentum (order), the future is positively undefined nonlinear gamma momentum (chaos), and the present is the neutralized absolutely positive (randomness).

Omni, This topic on the mass of the photon is not as complicated as you seem to make it. Since the mass of the ev unit is as you say; ~2x10-36kg or 1.6x10-19J/c^2 and photons are measured in ev units why not just use that mass to determine the mass of the photon? Afterall, as you say, Max's constant is the rule here.

Oh I totally agree that it's not complicated at all, Jim. Although I don't think it's the Omni that's making it complicated (maybe a lil bit), I think it's the scientists being yoked by the gov't at large that's making it complicated. I mean it was in the 1920's or somewhen that they were saying we'd have flying cars, levitating serving trays, and be exploring well beyond our own system by now but the gov't has made laws to hold all of this down. All while the popula$$ at large is supposed to think that the scientists and the gov't are just as dumbfounded as everyone else regarding the concepts of levitation, teleportation, and free energy perpetual motion. I mean it's obvious that TVF and myself realize that 1/0 isn't undefined but they still preach that it is in all the crapitalistic indoctrination centers I mean schools around the country.

For God's sakes G>\/=hc/16pi^2m^2 so quantum uncertainty gravity is actually going to be 6.672x10^-11Nm^2/kg^2>\/=1.258x10^-27Nm^2/kg^2 which I realize is an oversimple derivation from Gm^2/d^2>\/=h/16pi^2tq but it's been sitting there along with the gravelocity and chargevelocity for over half a century. Why do you think Tesla and his proponents were saying we'd have vacuumotor tech by now, because they knew how to do it but the ltd democrazy crapitalists spewing all of their Malthusian and Lockeian rhetoric would rather burn the ozone and nuke the earth in the name of profit rather than cutting their all holy scare city down from 90% to 10%. Makes you wonder what TOP SPECIES is really in control...

Apologies about the micro rant but the majority of topics here or the possibility of these topics have all been fleshed out thoroughly in expired windows more than half a century ago by his cohorts and Tesla himself before the gov't had him done in 1943 due to his complaints about the Rainbow Project putting actual sailors on the Eldridge deck. In 1891 Tesla showed the possibility of wireless transmissions. In 1928 Tesla showed the possibility of 'VTOL' (Vertical Take Off and Landing) craft such as helicopters and Harrier jump jets. Not to mention the whole fiasco with him and Marconi regarding the radio patent. (Even the fuel cell was invented in 1834 well before Tesla). And I can mention a dozen other cats who only a handfull of people have heard of before that have pioneered their own forms of free energy perpetual motion only to be held down by the gov't.

So wha I'll blitz it another shot since the photon mass is supposedly what I calculated 7.372x10^-51kg times the eV mass that I supposedly derived being 1.782x10^-36kg then the heV mass^2 is 1.314x10^-86kg^2 so we'd have to radicalize it (1.314x10^-86kg^2)^.5 is 1.146x10^-43kg which is the heV mass. Or I mean I guess you could divide the h_mass/eV_mass or vetahw you wanna do man. I'm not throwin down on you, and I like the fact you question this c^2 entity that is blatantly going faster than light speed no matter what anyone says about distance^2/time^2 because how many people know that famous equation mc^2 and how many people know that nothing supposedly goes faster than c but no one ever makes the connection c^2>c or E/m>(E/m)^.5. Or I mean if you had a vacuumotor vessel and you wanted to get to the Crab Nebula in time for happy hour at Maximillions Space/Time Cowboy Bar And Grill (aka The Sentient Singularity) would you wanna travel at c or c^2 assuming those were your only two options right now. You'd wanna telejump close to there at c^2 then just travel at v<c to cover the marginal distance left. But it's the hidden mechanics behind the geometries of inversion, neutrinos, electromagnetism, and quantum mechanics that are supposedly unknown to everyone except those over influence manipulators at Groome Lake, Montauk, and Pine Gap that don't allow the scientists at large to construct vacuumotor craft.

Like Al Swearengen said, "Anyways."

Hi Omni, I like the opposite perspective on gov.(that being it is too stupid to be able to do all that stuff) but that is well beyond the photon topic. The reason the mass of the photon is important is because how ever you look at it the model is wrong. If photons are measured in ev units and the mass of an ev can be established then it can be shown photons have mass. But, that is not mass that can be determined by Planck's Constant because then every photon has a different mass(uv photons have more mass than ir photons) Not true. So, E=hf is not going to accept a photon with mass. The zero mass photon is silly since we just determined the ev has mass. And besides that E=mc^2 means mass and photons are equal. And as you said Newton said it was so too.

Howdy, Jim, I'm inclined to agree that the lower eschelons of gov't whom can't even balance a budget from one year to the next would also have a hard time even changing a light bulb for themselves. But I'm talking about the High Influence Manipulation (H.I.M.) and the ebon operations that occur in the upper eschelons of the gov't structure pulling the strings of all three branches at their convenience eg the H.I.M. that caused the rainbow project, the phoenix project, the montauk project, and HAARP to merely name a few instances of H.I.M. experimenting in overunity sciences the lower eschelons of gov't are there to not only deny the existence of but be absolutely dumbfounded by.

With this photon mass and lack thereof I totally understand where you're comin from cause we can manipulate these plastic equations to say anything we want and it's twelve of one way and a dozen of the other. All I can rely on is Newton's 3rd Law in terms of h so for every photon there's an equal and opposite photon meaning that photons always come in pairs. The action is bombarding the electron shell with a zero rest mass photon whose equal reaction is the equal zero rest mass photon waltzing with the electron shell whose opposite reaction is the opposite massive photon causing the nucleus to recoil (perhaps the opposite photon thieves a bit of the electron mass reminiscent of the way virtual particles steal mass from a black hole in Hawkings example). Although what would the mechanism of nucleus recoil be if there wasn't a photon pair and one of the photons wasn't massive enough to even cause the slightest nucleus recoil?

Well think about all the models of the atom that there's been and ask yourself is the lower eschelon scientific community actually arrogant enough to think that the standard model charge cloud atom they currently believe in is the end all be all of atomic structure? So of course there could be a different mechanism of nucleus recoil albeit found in the next level of an evolved model atom. Therefore I don't believe the standard model is wrong per se but I do believe that it could be made better.
