don't seem to be able to adjust the screen size(capture i think you mean) in the E drive window, it just won't go either way(the window), bigger or smaller. you know, i go to the edge of a segment, arrows appear but in this case arrows don't appear.

We can worry about that later. Just capture it as is and move to the next step.

I understand. This drains me, too. Trying to do computer help without me being able to see what you are looking at is about as close to impossible as something can get.
If there is someone you know that can show you, on your screen, how to do stuff it would work a lot better.
Let me know if you want to try again.

Larry and Tom
i've phoned Dell again and we have tried different combinations and the autoplay(run) won't work. we went into properties changed this and that no luck. apparently Dell were saying that if i don't have autorun.inf file the CD won't auto play.
however i can still go this way> start>run>browse>up one level>right click on E drive> open> find the Gravity intro.htm and right click> then i think Tom you wanted me to open with>Internet Explorer. it seems to be fine, although i'm not entirely sure as of yet, i haven't yet gone through the whole CD.
just thought i'd let you know. let me know of course if i'm doing anything wrong or to try something.
