Hi GD, Great questions on entropy.
Okay, free energy in Atom decreases with time, yes that could be true. However, it depends upon where we think the energy is coming from? From inside the Atom, or another dimension? If gravity operates at extremely high speeds beyond light then most likely the Nucleonic Forces within the Nucleus of the Atom would be the primary central location for such activity to resonate. Activity between atoms creates heat expanding further activity, electric fields, light, and further transformations and the question is what is causing the Atoms to create heat?
Regarding Ionized Hydrogen Atoms: Randall Mills, from Blacklightpower has found that by lowering the orbital velocities (decoupling dimensional electron spins) a release of huge amount of free energy can be created in the form of highly active plasmas that can be converted into electricity for powering cars. He figures that one gallon of water has enough energy to power a car for 1200 miles. Now, this study defies the definition of the Hydrogen Atom as being the ground state of matter, and many scientists do not accept his ideas since apparently they state that it is impossible to create a lower state of Hydrogen. However, what he has discovered could redifine a lot of our understandings and provide our world with a source of clean renewable energy.

Everything is energy, and if there is a balanced Matter and Antimatter Time Wave Universe, then it is possible that energy can be both cold and hot. Maybe the jet that you are referring to that is coming from the huge black hurricane at the center of the Galaxy is spiraling out Antimatter that could be cold, but also spiraling out are very energetic waves of X-Rays and Antimatter Anihilation would produce hot Gamma Rays which are at the very high end of the spectrum (the highest of known electromagnetic waves). Maybe the Matter Antimatter collisions would produce a double wave form that would form a multi-dimensional explosion in forward and reverse time, in both plus and negative waves that are both cold and hot and the cold would be Antimatter exiting towards the other side of Universe as a reverse time wave.
So, what is energy? Maybe entropy has to be redifined as a concept that use to apply to an outdated physics (smiling, just kidding but entropy is attached to the big bang physics and has its place but we should not be so closed minded because as a result our progress technologically is stifled by our lack of ability to understand energy). If dimensional bombardments of gravitonic waves at such incredible speeds permeate all relativity then the nucleonic forces are only a spinning field that constantly like a gyroscope are balancing mass and gravity that is maintained by this greater force. If this is the case, then not only does the sun become a white hole that has become a hot ionized dimensional release valve, but black holes may be the outpouring of energy into a lower dimension. Now we are talking about a whole new ball game.

He postulates that gravity's strength may actually reside in other dimensions — fifth and sixth dimensions, say — that don't show up in our three- and four-dimensional models and measurements: "Gravity only looks weak because it is spread out in other dimensions. Only gravity goes into these dimensions; the other forces are stuck to a three-dimensional subworld of this higher-dimensional universe."

Is it possible the Corona effect is caused by some form of condensation? Say the plasma on the surface is highly condensed, and in this condensed state it has an upper limit on the temperature it can display. But at a distance the plasma is able to express its full potential resulting in the superheated corona. The plasma is unable to vibrate at the surface mearly because it does not have the elbow room to do so. As you move outward there is more room for the radiant energy to go from a slow waltz to a slam dance.
Is it possible the Corona effect is caused by some form of condensation? I understand, I should elaborate. I am not sure if we have the technology to test it, but we can have conduct a mental exercise.
Let's condense some atom using Bose-Einsteins Condensation at some very cold temp...I think 3K is a low as we have gotton. A lot of atoms, millions if possible. We must now place the condensed "super atom" into a closed container where the atoms cannot escape, but radiation can. We remove the container from the cooling mechanism and leave it at room temperature. Would the air molecules outside the container be hotter than the superatom inside the container?
As for the sun, gravity is the container and the atoms at/near the surface of the sun would love to be at a much higher temperature than their condensation level will allow them. Gravity places a cap on the temperature it can reach, and the properties of the plasma will not allow it to decrease in temperature. This results in the atoms in the plasma existing at the exact quantum level that will allow BEC. Is this possible?
