And they do. All the time. (Well, at least several times a year.) Don't you pay ANY attention?
But no one believes them.

Are you saying you believe NASA is hiding the truth from us? On a grand scale?

I pay attention to all sorts of things, but we all have our limitations. Like I said, I find the story of the scientist compelling, but the logic that this would cause some wholesale disruption in the fabric of the people's belief system...not so much.

The rock was seen on one day and was not there 12 days earlier-right? The rover is moving a few meters a week so how can it be at the same location twice twelve days apart? Its at exactly the same spot looking at the two photos dated twelve days apart.

Evidently according to NASA, the rover had been stationary during this time window due to inclement weather

If the rover has been idle for the time being the explanation about the wheel kicking up the rock makes no sense at all-does it? If the rover is low on power how can the cameras work? And since it is idle it seems there is no hurry to get more pictures when ever power becomes available so there is no reason to be overly suspicious of NASA. After all NASA owns the whole thing.

I don't read anywhere that the rover is low on power but according to NASA, they have taken close up hi resolution images except no one but NASA can see them and that's a little odd.

Also, what bothers me is the fact that the so-called rock looks to be amiting some very curious "glowing" colors and nowhere is there a mention of this.

Bottom line is; if NASA wants to squelch this story AND the law suite, they can and they will.

If power is available why is the rover stuck in place? Maybe the rock was kicked up by the wheels spinning trying to get the rover unstuck. The govt can and does do just about whatever it wants, for sure.
