Lets do a little math here. This may be way off the mark but to begin: the amount of energy required to change the average temperature of Earth +/- one Kelvin is one million megawatts. That is about 100 times more energy now being used by humans and there is no way to explain where that energy comes from n the warming or goes to in the case of cooling. This fact holds even when the iceage is at its peak so even then there is in fact no global warming and no global cooling. What in fact then happens is some parts of the Earth warm while other parts cool on a regular cycle. Science will never figure this out from modeling because the people making the models don't know anything about how the Earth works and it fact they don't care about how the Earth works.

Ever since I watched The Great Global Warming Swindle I have been very critic to any info or theories about man made global warming, I wouldn't say I reject it but I try to get as many facts from both sides as possible and atm I do lean towards not believing in Man Made GW. Anyway the possible doom that awaits us if we dont kind narrows down your choices.
Anyway if you haven't watched The Great Global Warming Swindle I strongly recommend it, it may have its own agenda but then, Al Gore certainly does too.

P.S the documentary takes up such things as the heat presiding carbon dioxide and not the other way around. It also shows that the graph over global temperature is a much closer match to sunspot activity like you mentioned Gregg.

The documentary, the graphs, Al Gore and everyone else don't have a clue about the huge geothermal flux entering the ocean and lacking that vital information all else is without merit.

Are you referring to Al Gores "An Inconvenient Truth" or the anti GW "The Great Global Warming Swindle" now Jim ?

I'm refering to the truth that no one believes the ocean is warmed by the mantle of Earth as much as it is from the sun. The total energy required to warm the surface of Earth comes from two places the sun and the mantle. Assuming the sun is the only energy supply for Earth is false and leads modelers to error.
