Well known properties of the matter, the reliable theory of the stars lead to the concept of neutron stars.
It is clear that it is difficult to know what happens inside these stars, but, their general properties are well known.
These stars are observed in the steps of their evolution found from the theory, except the step "accretor" (accreting neutron star) because when this step is observed, it is named "quasar".

These stars and other objects in the same field can exist just as Superman can exist. The models make these objects not the universe. Why would nature or god make silly things like that?
