Your argument contains multiple logical fallacies.
1. You must prove that there are particles that cannot be detected in the Universe. Not particles not detected yet, particles not detactable.
2. You must prove that infinite scale leads to undetectability or unobservability properties. I say that evem finite scale can qualify for that. That's a property of systems defined by any scale and not of scale itself.
3. You must prove that gravity can only be caused by undedectable entities.
These are the simplest questions in this account. Harder:
4. Undedectable cause
> detectable effect. Explain that to experimental philosophers and scientists. Newton called it "framing of hypotheses".
Now some practical:
5. If you cannot detect one, why not detecting as many required to allow detection. For example, to detect the water presense in a glass of water you do not have to detect each and every H2O molecule. You may as well detect many of them at the same time. They are the same, aren't they?
6. If all gravitons are alike then X gravitons = x/n gravitons for detectability purposes. Look at 2 pounds of sand and 2 tons of sand. The primary properties appear the same.
7. You cannot have particles in a soup like fashion that although each one is undetectable, the soup is also undetectable. Let's be realistic, for gravitons to be the cause of gravity they must be everywhere, all the time, in great quantities. That sounds like a paradox: It is everywhere but it cannot be detected because it cannot be seen by instruments...
A few thoughts for you MV but for me also. My mind is wide open to either verification or falsification. But I cannot accept dogma.

all we can do now is observe the speed of gravity to possibily find its origin which would be somewhere! well if the instruments are affected by gravity then how can they measure it. we need an instrument not affected by gravity
