In my opinion, the whole issue of quantum entanglement simply rests on an incorrect interpretation of corresponding experiments (see my webpage Classical Interpretation of EPR- Bell Test Photon Correlation Experiments for more). So there is actually no physical entanglement. It is just interpreted into the data through incorrect physical assumptions.
