Sorry for being not very accurate.
I mean with the centre, the centre of mass.
However also the geometrical centre will be OK, because if you realize that these propellers are supposed to rotate due to the collison impacts of Higgs particles, then there will be some shocking jumps every time the propeller rotate.

Okay, so what would you want as a spin ratio? Bear in mind that both spins have to be fairly slow, to let people see what's happening. With it rotaing around its centre of mass, I would have thought that it's going to corkscrew its way through space.

I think 1 rotation per sec for both rotations will be OK.
But perhaps you are also able to introduce the differenc between up and down electrons:
