Phil, feel free to start a new thread. I would appreciate that. I have questions on the subject too.

PhilJ,

Please forgive me for my lack of computer saavy. Just for the record, the "correct version" would be the original writings, which we do not have. However, most translations are excellent representations of the originals, and are in agreement with each other. If you were to read the links you provided, you would see that. You would also see that most every version was in agreement with what I originally said, so why do you suggest that I am trying to find something that "fits" my particular beliefs? My prefered method of study is to look at more than one translation to get a consensus of Biblical scholarship. I'm not concerned with finding information that supports my opinions. I'm not interested in science ficiton. I'm interested in knowing the truth. I will make an attempt at learning how to link my references in the future.

Have a great day.

At a constant speed, the object will take half as long to cover half the distance.

As the distance intervals are visualized as approaching zero, the time intervals also approach zero.<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote">

Oh... duh! I think I did realize that when I read the chapter but I clearly should read it again whenever I get the money to pay off my library fines lol

Okay so that point is cleared up at least as far as I can tell.
