Malcolm,
When you get a chance go back and read my posts with the examples using a mangled tag. Once you get what I'm going you'll slap your forehead and say duh!. (Or doh! if you're a Homer Simpson fan.)

<b>[Jim] "Classified info is sometimes available through the Freedom of Information Act ..."</b>
Sometimes. But they don't send you the classified info. They send you the classified document that contains the info.
With the classified parts redacted.

LB, And so now am I to assume the military never blew up any satellites? The whole story is just a mental exercise that seems reasonably plausible and not something that was documented? No wonder nothing can be found about this-it never happened?

Why would you assume that?
I'm sure they did, but now they don't want to let on. Tom also heard about them and mentioned them. I've been going over some of his old stuff, looking for references. No luck so far. I might have to go back into the old USENET discussion forum archives.
In the last few years or so the Chinese blew up one of their own satellites, just to show they could. So we offed one of ours just to show we could do it too. And there are stories about this on the net, complete with drawings of the orbtal tracks of the debris. Funny, though, they only show the near circular orbits. Not the radial orbits.
ARE they trying to hide something? Radial orbits don't last very long this close to two large masses so maybe that's why? But I've only seen one or two articles, and I expect there are others that may have diffferent images. Try out Wikipedia/Space Debris. Still no mention of 'explosion signature'.
Sigh.

Someone else has suggested if explosions were made in space some treaty might have been violated-maybe that's why it is being suppressed. It has to be one way or the other don't you think?

This writing is in response to the post from Zip Monster regarding the evaluation on the Hebes mural explained in my video THE APOCALYPSE OF MARS.
Again I think Zip for taking the time to view the evidence thus presented.
While I do agree that the formations strewn along this ancient shoreline, are indeed incursions into the rock surface however, it is my contention that the shapes are indeed representations of the design of an ancient Aegean warrior (not Roman as you suggest) complete with a man like design depicted (common for that era) on his shield design, as well as domesticated animal (possibly a cow) and several dolphins and Beluga Whale.
Now why is this complex unique compared to that of say; the famous face at Cydonia?
Let me give you the converse argument first. If, I were to state that a particular rock formation looked like an artificial design of say....a bird, for example, one could ague, yes, it does look like a bird...but it could just be like a group of rocks that look like a bird. To some degree, the face at Cydonia presents us with a similar quandary.
If however, our hypothetical bird was placed in tandem with GROUP of six independent rock formations which ALSO depicted similar birds, the picture would take on an entirely different tale - would it not?
You see the Hebes Chasma mural tells a story of Human insight. It shows a timeline of ancient man, it also shows the timeline of when ancient man cultivated animals, around that same time. The addition of the dolphins facing the the shield of the warrior is deeply meaningful to say the very least. What we have here...is a COLLECTION of pictographs in tight formation of approximately 1.5 kilometers wide along an ancient shoreline, not just one.....BUT SEVERAL!
What is required here, is to see the beauty of this marvelous message, is to move aside just for one moment, the physics of the surface and try and use the composition of one's right brain instead of one's left hemisphere. This will allow the viewer to understand the depth and meaning of the message that is the intension of the Ancient Mural Complex.
I hope this will shed some light.
