BBC Horizon programme

The vidio is "not available in your area" and won't play for me. But reading the chapter by chapter outline posted with the vidio I learned some comoligests are doubting the standard model-thats a nice change from the dogmatic mindset of BBers.

Hi Jim, it's a pity if people in the states can't see it. When some of the cosmologists talk about "dark" anything their body language says, load and clear, that they're not at all happy about it. The end of the programme lays the irony on with a trowel when it talks of the great success of the standard big bang model, this after three quarters of an hour saying it doesn't quite work.

Sloat, I don't think you can deny the BB is a great model. The thing is thats all it is-a model. To clain the model defines the universe is not very bright and generates way too many problems. This is why the Maya model and the Greek/Roman model are just a valid relative to how the universe came into existance and how it works. As for viewing the movie;it will become available in the near future I would assume.
