Here is a paper that we have used internally for five or six years. It is a little on the technical side, but I have decided to share it with the group any way.
There are some theoretical issues I have with certain parts of their analysis section. I'll be adding my commentary later.

Create an account, set up a folder, and store your image.
To display it here, add the following to your post. I used a deliberate syntax error (closing square bracket in place of one of the opening square brackets in one of the img tags) in this example so that it will be processed here as text rather than as an image address.
