Brotherhood of the Snake Insignia?

This insignia on the lower left form combines the idea of a snake with the idea of flight as the snake is formed in such a way that it has "wings".
There are many myths and legends from ancient history about snakes and reptiles.  
Possibly this is a symbol that has connections to the Brotherhood of the Snake, one of the most ancient of the secret societies with roots going back to 
Sumer and Babylonia.  And possibly Mars?

While I think these dots warrant some investigation, I don't see how there's any evidence at this point that they are anything but debris on the lense. They MAY represent something else, but jumping to the conclusion that they are aircraft is going too far. As for the Egyptian heiroglyphics, they don't seem to show a helicopter to me at all. That looks a lot like a burial sarcophagus with the traditional cane being held in it's "hands". There are some very smart people who have put a lot of time into decrypting that language and many of them have provided some very good explainations for what the various symbols mean. As for secret chambers filled with disks containing the knowledge of the universe, I don't believe it for a second. If those guys had found that, they'd be ruling the world right now. No sane person would have left a discovery like that untouched. Why is it so hard to believe that humans put together a very amazing project with relatively low technology means and created something incredible? Yes there are mysteries in the whole deal, and yes, some of them have not been answered adequately at all, but to jump from that to aliens is going too far. It's just like evolution. Some people think dinosaurs became birds, but it was not until intermediate fossils began to be found that the theory was accepted as likely, and investigation into it became more serious. Same thing here. Find us evidence of the transition stages here. If Earth was settled by aliens, and those are our ancestors, where did all the technology go? If the pyramids were some sort of advanced superweapon, why are they falling apart? Also, radio carbon dating is extremely inaccurate when looked at by itself. It only tells you when that carbon 14 was formed. A whole slew of things could screw that up. I believe Mr. Van Flandern mentioned something about how the exploded planet could have done something of the sort. As for any researchers that would like to debate this point I am quite ready and willing.. Husband hill has no special relevance as the art is continous on the planet surface.. Unfortunatly you lose the icons too. Still I think it's better to post links instead of images unless it's a small schematic or something.

The problem for people with a low bandwidth internet connection is that each time they open a page they are forced to download all pictures. This page () alone contains 3.5 MB of graphics. Imagine having to download the same 3.5 MB on a phoneline every time you want to read or post a 1kB message. Some browsers have the option to stop downloading pictures, but this has side effects (try it). It's better just to post a link, I think, and let people decide for themselves if they want to download the picture or not. () Of course when I posted this message it ended up on a new page....

I suspect some interaction between the tools you are using (browser, editor, etc.) and the message board here, but ... Computers do what we tell them to do, rather than what we want them to do. And what we tell them to do is a combination of 1) the buttons we push as we operate a particular program 2) the the buttons pushed by the guy that wrote that program 3) the buttons pushed by the guy that wrote the operating system 4) the phase of Venus relative to the phase of Luna. 5) to a lesser extent, and less often, hardware design. (Well, maybe #4 is not always relavant, but it seems to occasionally come into play.) As you can see I was able to control the length of the lines by placing a carriage return (pressing Enter) at the end of each pysical line in the MB editor. Otherwise the MB editor wants to let lines of text be as wide as any images in a previous message. This doesn't show up in the preview (unless there is also an inage in the previewed message?). LB

For future postings I will onsider clips of smaller areas. As for image processing, my practice has been to note the image processing steps that have been used right after the image identification numbers at the top of each image post. If the image is sharpened, rotated, enlarged, curve adjusted, equalized, inverted, dodged or burned it will be noted. Just for the record I almost always use the auto level and contrast adjustments and have not been noting that as I do not feel those adjustments are significant as to what can be seen in the image. However if others would prefer those steps be listed as well I would be happy to do so. The image clip in question is enlarged and dodged as noted. In regards to your remarks about having to view the same images over and over again, unless my recollection is faulty about the posting of this image, I believe that this is the first time I have posted a clip from this image. Possibly I am mistaken, I do admit to being absentminded so you may be right. Some of the images I have posted have areas that look similar. Occasionally I have reposted an image because I felt there was something significant I missed the first time or because it is relevant to a current post and I thought it would be more convenient for the viewer to have the related image at hand rather than having to go look back through the thread to refer to it. Almost all of the images that I work with were downloaded years ago when the first internet image dumps were made by JPL. I downloaded thousands of images and I'm glad I did because I can no longer find some of them at the JPL site or the current image posted under the identification number looks different to me than the original image I downloaded with the same image identification numbers. I have stored the original downloaded images, not image links. To post a link I would go to google and type in the identification number and pull up the link that way, although sometimes having the link is of questionable value imo as I have had the experience on several occasions of discovering that the current image linked to an id number is different in some respects than the original downloaded years ago, sometimes more out of focus and muddy, sometimes with interesting details found in the original not found in the current linked image, sometimes I have found the current image presented upside down or reversed from the orientation of the original image. I have addressed this previously in this thread with posted examples.
